Автоматический угольный котел ZOTA “СТАХАНОВ” является технологическим лидером и флагманом в модельном ряду котлов ZOTA

Особенности:

·         реверсивная система защиты от заклинивания шнека. В случае попадания в топливо твердых кусков породы или инородных тел, включается механизм реверсивного движения шнеков. Он делает три попытки и порода либо промалывается, либо механизм подачи останавливается и котел сигнализирует о необходимом вмешательстве для чистки механизма подачи.

·         двушнековый механизм подачи топлива для усиления пассивной пожарной безопасности. Подающий шнек расположен под отрицательным углом к топке для усиления эффекта;

·         cистема «Стоп-уголь» предназначена для облегчения очистки подающего шнека  в случае необходимости (блокирует попопадание топлива из бункера);

·         возможна установка блокаТЭН;

·         модуль GSM (опция);

·         Все настройки и уставки задаются с помощью пульта управления котлом:

1.       мощность котла;

2.       температура помещения;

3.       температура подачи воды;

4.       скорость шнека;

5.       мощность вентилятора;

6.       погодозависимое регулирование;

7.       управление насосом ЦО;

8.       управление насосом ГВС;
